Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Toplyne Digital, we value our clients and strive to provide the best services. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully.

1. Service Cancellation

If you wish to cancel any ongoing service, you must notify us in writing at Support@toplynedigital.com at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. For project-based services, cancellations are only accepted before work has commenced. Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible or may incur charges for work completed up to the date of cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing and related services, we do not offer refunds on payments already made for services that have been rendered. For pre-paid services that are cancelled before the start of work, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or processing fees.

3. No Refund for Completed Services

Payments made for completed services, digital campaigns, content creation, or ads management are non-refundable. All services are delivered with client approvals at each stage to ensure satisfaction.

4. Project Termination by Toplyne Digital

Toplyne Digital reserves the right to terminate any project or service if there is a breach of terms, abusive behaviour, or non-payment. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the work already completed.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the updated date.
